An excellent practise, friendly & helpful receptionists, great doctors and nurses as well as proficient additional support staff. Clean & efficient with a relatively comfortable waiting area, although this needs a little attention as well as the patient toilets. However, I don't feel that this warrants a lesser star rating as this is just aesthetic so I do highly recommend this practice. The ever helpful Jean and the reception team are more than efficient and fierce friendly. All the doctors that I've seen here over the years have been attentive and for the most part friendly, one or two could do with working on their 'bedside manner' but the joys of this practice are that you can choose who you wish to see therefore avoiding those who can be rather brusque! I must take this chance to mention my preferred GP, Dr Wijith, a doctor who I cannot highly recommend enough. He really is a superb doctor who over the years has become far more than just my GP but more like a confident or a friend even. He will NEVER make you feel as though you and your concerns don't matter, he will give you his time and always endeavours to provide a solution. Nurse Carol is also an absolute Godsend to the practice. She is as knowledgeable as the GP's and I really feel confident in her diagnoses so will often go to see her for medical advice for minor issues Appointments are easy enough to get, the receptionists will try their utmost to accommodate you and their is also an automated telephone service that you can access! You can book appointments on-line as well as though the usual manner, which makes getting to see your preferred GP even easier. Myself and my family have been patients at The Belmont Health Centre for about 20 years now and although many things have changed over the years; the care, attention and support we have received has never wavered, it has in fact improved exponentially and continues to do so.

On a general basis my wife and I find that all doctors and reception staff are very helpful, co-operative and excellent. But we have to acknowledge that our primary doctor Dr. Wijith Wijeratne has become more than our doctor, as we can talk freely with him like a friend / confidant. He is relaxed and calmly listens to your problems and provides one with proper solutions / treatments. We are, as mentioned above, are happy with the PEOPLE in the surgery. The only other constructive suggestion that we need to make is in relation to the décor and the ambience of the surgery needs to be improved and completely revamped.

The best GP Surgery in London. Dr OD Rathnayake is an excellent General Practioner - the very best. I feel very safe and cared for.
